Ordering Information
All plants sent through the mail are bare root. For your convenience we can accept orders by MAIL, PHONE and FAX. Please read the following information carefully.
MAIL: Complete all sections on the order form. Please print clearly. If you need additional space you may photocopy the order form or include an extra sheet of paper. Detach the order form, ensuring all details are completed correctly. Post order form and cheque, money order or credit card details to:

TIME
OF SHIPMENT
Wherever possible, all Mail Orders are despatched within 14 days of receipt.
Mail orders are processed on Mondays. Please advise if you have a preferred
shipping date, for example: Send after 1st June; ASAP; or in two weeks time.
We will ensure that your order will not be sent prior to this date. All plants
are dug immediately prior to posting, ensuring their freshness.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not process Mail Orders from mid December to the end of March. In our experience this time of year is too hot for Daylilies and Iris to be posted as it puts too much stress on the plants. Orders received during this period will be held over until the beginning of April.
SUBSTITUTES
We seldom need to substitute plants, but on occasion we either sell out of
a particular variety or the variety chosen is unsuitable for your climate.
In these rare cases we will substitute with a similar cultivar- of the same
or higher value (at no extra cost) or chose a plant from your Wish List. If
you do not want any plants substituted and a refund issued, please mark the
order form accordingly.
BONUS
PLANTS
All Daylily and Louisiana Iris mail orders over $50 receive bonus plants to
the value of 20% of the plants ordered. These will be chosen by us, specifically
to suit your climate. Please complete the Wish List at the bottom of the order
form, you may find some of these included as bonuses.

We will personally choose plants to suit your CLIMATE and COLOUR requirements so make sure you include these details when ordering. We will choose 10 named Daylilies which will include 1 Miniature and 1 Double variety. All are very hardy and specifically suited to your climate and colour requirements. COLLECTION #2 I CAN'T DECIDE COLLECTION

Just send $60 (plus postage) and choose either Daylilies or Louisiana Iris or a combination of both and we will select 6 quality named cultivars that best suit your climate and colour requirements. With a guaranteed minimum value of $90, this is too good an opportunity to miss.
Collection #3 RECENT RELEASE DAYLILY COLLECTION $160
We will choose 6 quality Recent Release Daylilies that will add that special touch to your garden.
